Securely submit documents to your counselor with Origin’s Debt Management Program (DMP), you may upload them via the box below. Multiple files may be uploaded at the same time.
Please reach out to us directly (dmp@originsc.org or 843-628-3000, option 5) if you do not receive a call or email confirming receipt within two business days of submitting your document(s).
Files can be no larger than 256 MB
