We serve as the Agent for Durable Financial Powers of Attorney. An individual’s Power of Attorney appoints us as their Agent in the event they are no longer able to manage their financial affairs due to mental or physical incapacity. An attorney usually prepares this document and we are named when a professional third-party is desired, usually when there are no available or suitable family or friends to act on their behalf. We manage and administer the assets of trust property according to the terms of the Power of Attorney and act solely for the benefit of the trust beneficiary.
