Nonprofit assists distressed homeowners through MHA program In an effort to assist struggling homeowners, FSI’s housing division, the Homeownership Resource Center (HRC), offers expert housing advisors who guide homeowners through the MHA Program. The goal of the program is to make more homeowners aware of the full range of options within MHA. The program expanded the number of specialized programs that are available to homeowners, and many homeowners who previously would not have qualified may now be eligible.
